(i) Restrict or prevent any other user from enjoying use of the Facilities.

Anix reserves the right to terminate access to all or any of the Facilities at any time with or without notice for any reason.

Use of the Facilities is conditional upon and subject to compliance with these terms and conditions of use.

Anix has no obligation to conduct monitoring of the Facilities but reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law or regulation.

You acknowledge and agree that the Facilities are public and that your communications may be read by others without your knowledge. You should therefore exercise caution when providing any personal information about you or your family.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Anix a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Anix excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability with regard to the Facilities and any actions resulting from your participation in the Facilities.

The views expressed on any of the Facilities whether by other users or forum managers and hosts do not necessarily reflect the views of Anix.

Anix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or edit the content of any message or file uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise communicated to the Facilities.

All other trademarks not owned by Anix that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Anix.
